What made you start or brought you where you are today ? Tell us your Story. What makes you a Buffalo Boss Babe?

What made you start or brought you where you are today? What brought me to where I am today is a unique blend of passion, education, and experience. From the get-go, I've always been drawn to creating authentic connections and empowering others. My journey began with a B.A. degree in Theatre from the State University at Buffalo, which kindled my love for storytelling and engaging with people on a deeper level. But it wasn't just the stage that beckoned; my heart found a calling in the orthodontic industry. For over seven years, I dedicated myself as a Treatment Coordinator, where I saw firsthand the transformative power of smiles. This experience merged seamlessly with my role as a Sales Specialist for the celebrated Dr. Ben Winters, the "Bentist" on TikTok, where I recognized the untapped potential of social media in the dental sphere. It's not just my formal roles that have shaped me, though. My unique background as a certified clown and an improv actor allowed me to infuse a touch of creativity and fun into professional settings. This has always given me an edge, ensuring that every patient experience is not just efficient but also enjoyable. Being a part of Aszkler Orthodontics and having the privilege to train with Straight Consulting cemented my mission. It made me realize that with the right tools and approach, dental offices everywhere could provide unparalleled patient experiences, ultimately growing their businesses while spreading joy. At the heart of it all is my core belief in the importance of authentic relationships. Whether it's with patients, doctors, or team members, I've always sought to engage genuinely, learn from every interaction, and provide mentorship drawn from my rich coaching background. This combination of my professional journey, my unique skills, and my unwavering belief in authenticity has led me to where I am today, ever poised to make a difference and make everyone smile.

Tell us about your favorite collaboration or dream collaborations ?

Tell us about your favorite collaboration - My favorite collaboration was the opportunity to work with Ben. I jumped on a discovery call with him to learn about his online social media course, and at the end of the call, he offered me a job! The job opportunity literally fell into my lap. My dream collaboration is to be in a real television commercial, preferably something comical. I love making skits and doing parodies, so anything along those lines would be so fun!

If you could have coffee with anyone in the world who would it be?

I would love to have coffee with Kristen Wig. I love her witty, sarcastic humor!

What are your hopes, dreams, goals. Big or small?

One of my biggest dreams is to be featured in a television commercial or even land a role in a show where I can fully express and showcase my sarcastic and witty humor. I thrive on making people laugh, and bringing that to a broader audience through television would be a dream come true. Additionally, I'd absolutely love the opportunity to collaborate and play alongside some of Buffalo's most humorous actors. Being able to represent and work with talent from my hometown adds a special touch to the aspiration.

Tell us about your family?

I hail from a humor-filled family. My dad, John Manns, is quite the comedian, and it's safe to say that comedic flair runs in the family with several of my aunts and uncles having it too! My mom, Patty Manns, is the embodiment of creativity and hustle. I'm always in awe of the unique ideas she comes up with, especially for themed events. Her ingenuity knows no bounds. Being the middle child, you can imagine how I stand out from my siblings. My sister, Nicole Freidenberg, and brother, Chris Manns, have their own unique quirks, but there's no mistaking our shared family traits. ;) My husband, Eric Baum, is an incredible pillar of support and creativity in my life. He's my go-to for everything, offering the perfect voice of reason I often need. We're blessed with two kids. Our 13-year-old daughter, Jaxyn Baum, is a competitive cheerleader with Buffalo Envy and a skilled skier. Then there's our 12-year-old son, Cooper Baum. He's naturally hilarious and exceptionally athletic. Cooper plays as a receiver for Frontier Modified Football, is a pitcher, catcher, and shortstop for the Lakeview Lightning's travel baseball team, and he also tries his hand at basketball and snowboarding. As a family, we revel in the unique. We love doing quirky things together and stand out by making people laugh. Although, if my kids are reading this, they're probably thinking, "No, Mom, that's all you!
