What made you start or brought you where you are today ? Tell us your Story. What makes you a Buffalo Boss Babe? 

I am a Buffalo Boss Babe because in 2013 I bought a single food truck and today I have that same food truck a food trailer and a brick and mortar cafe. I left my full-time career and made the leap of faith to become self employed. More important than the growth of the business is the ability it has given my children and me to be able to make donations to non profits and help others along the way. I am a single mom of 3 children who all help with the business. We enjoy what we do and love knowing that we employ family and friends and can share this awesome experience with them.

What does being a Buffalo Boss Babe mean to you? 

Being a Buffalo Boss Babe means that I am not a Boss in the sense that I tell people what to do. I like to think of it as training my staff and giving them the tools they need to feel empowered to learn the job and do it independently of being told what to do every step of the way.

What are your favorite things to do in the area ? Buffalo and greater WNY 

Spend time outdoors near the waterfront. Visit local restaurants, food trucks and festivals.

Tell us about your favorite collaboration or dream collaborations ? 

I would love to someday franchise my business and provide our cheesy deliciousness to more people!!

If you could have coffee with anyone in the world who would it be? 

John Cena

What are your hopes, dreams, goals. Big or small? 

To always have my children nearby enough for frequent visits and many grandchildren!

Tell us about your family? 

My family consists of 3 grown children, 3 siblings their spouses and children, my father(mom is deceased) Step mom, many, many cousins, Aunts and Uncles and all are a very significant part of my life.
